No response For a week after I paid for product.

This company is of ********. Last week Wednesday I ordered hair and paid. The money was withdrew same day. Until today they only blue tick and ignore my WhatsApp message. Yet they are busy posting hair on their pages. This is saddening!! I need my money back since they can't deliver!
