Brazilian results not Satisfactory

Unsatisfactory Results for 3 Ladies done on day with Brazilian on the edge!Myself and 2 other ladies had our hair done by Lindsay on the 27th of Jan 2018.Unfortunately results after the first wash was unchanged from before the treatment was done.Hair is still curly and thick with stiff feeling after flat ironing and the next day after doing it ourselves,no time has been saved in doing my own hair zince the treatment, I have to redo my hair every morning for it to look decent.We all follwed the instructions of not to tie,wash hair or do any activity that can cause our head to sweat for 72hours and used the Brasil Cacau aftercare products to wash our hair and yet the results are changed.Very Frustrating!The process done by Lindsay is different done from salons 2 of us previously had them done at Just application,a blowdry and a flat iron.We were offered a redo but feel that it would be the same process and the same results and very difficult sit and let someone do your hair knowing you did not get the results first time round.We did ask for a refund but we have been refused this which is disappointing as we sent Lindsay pictures of all our hair(which I will post).I would not recommend the business to anyone and I am quite embarrassed that had 2 ladies with me who are furious with the poor results.
