Not keep to the promises

I have purchased hair with Brazilian hair wholesale on the 9th January amount of R800 via Absa account number I was promised that I will get my wig mid week of this week till do date nothing... I phoned no respond I texted no reply.. I regret to ever have made business with this company I would like to warn other people NOT to buy from them.. I'm so frustrated right now
