Bad service

I placed an order with this company including courier cost on 04/12/23 I was promised the order will be delivered in 3-5 working day I haven't received my order to date tried calling and wattsup blue ticked with no answer it's frustrating becpuse they post each and everyday clear these are ****mer no communication whatsoever I told them I want my refund but no answer I wish to know where they l are based so I can go there personally and I was wondering if I go to ABSA where I deposited money will they reverse? These are bunch of ****mer hope this will be seeing by other people who are still interested in buying from these ****mer 🤬
