Day light *******

I am greatly disappointed in their code of conduct. I have made a purchase over a month ago for one of their specialized wigs, to date I have not received my order. The company itself no longer response to my messages nor emails even though they update their whatsap status every other day and taking new orders. This feels like they are running a **** business with intend to rob people out of their hard earned money. All I want at this stage is either my wig or money back as the 3-5 days shipment failed 22 days ago. We had high hopes for this company, however the current non delivery left me with a sour taste. How does one refer others to such a business with questionable ethics?
