Inconsiderate BRAZEN HEAD Franchisee

Brazen Head has absolutely no consideration for the residents. They make an unbelievable amount of noise and don't give a darn when you call and ask them to be quiet, they simply put the music louder. Karaoke is at full noise, and mostly on week nights until late. People screaming and swearing so loud its as if they are in my house!! Whats happened to decency morals and values in this franchise?? Its also brought unruly people screaming, skidding their cars and revving bikes etc. What was once a beautiful peaceful area is now becoming a dump. Rats and mice are on a rapid increase, ive been here for 9 years and since Brazen Head has opened it stinks and vermin is increasing. Its DISGUSTING!!!
