BAD SERVICE FROM BRAZEN HEAD MORELETA

We had very bad service from the restaurant. We waited for service and once somebody did take our drink order . . . . . we waited about 15 min for our drinks. That was after I complained with a manager. The 3 x Steelworks were not mixed the right way and tasted like only soda water! There was no ashtray and no ashtray was offered. Once we received our food . . . we had no knifes nor forks! We waited for about 5 min for that. The service over all was very bad and we will never support them again.
