we're not important for using the epic night?

i booked a table for 10 in the smoking area. we were told they don't want to put us there because its going to rain (it never rained) because they don't want to up and move us for in-case it did start to rain. we waited about an hour and a half for our menus. we had to keep flagging some-one to assist and bring drinks. then when the bill came, the waiter had to check with the manager first (why?) like we had some sort of disease for using the epic night. then the manager was rude when we told him about the bad service and had the audacity to tell me that i have a loud voice and i should get out of his space. what type of manager treats his clients like they are nothing? when i mentioned the smoking section, he tells me he doesn't have to put us there as he has other clients with children. what the hell??!! he could have apologized and said they will work on the service. i would really advise anybody else to watch out before going to Braza again as you wont be treated like a customer unless you fork out the money. I'm very disappointed as we usually go to Braza because of the good food and service. Saturday night, we were made out to be ****?? i cannot tell you how upset i really am
