Braza - where a no care attitude gets you far...

I was 1 of the 2 tables as I arrived at 18h00, ordered main meal by 18:07, by 19h00 no sign of our order. Needless to say by this time the restaurant was FULL! And the orders of other tables went over the pass as easily as an Olympic ice skater in full action. Waited 55min for owner and waiter to get our order from the pass , reaction to my complaint.... \Oh... Sorry..."No sign of any of the managing staff close to our table throughout our whole stay. Poor waiter was left totally humiliated by his workplace"
