Still waiting for a refund on a cancelled transaction

<p>I booked a return ticket from Johannesburg to Cape Town from this company. Not only did the price escalate on the original quoted price but according to them there was an error on the card transaction and the transaction was cancelled. The funds left my account and after almost two months and multiple follow ups the money is still not back in my account. Never again!</p>
