Horrible service while changing a flight booking

I tried changing my flight with bravo flight, I have to spend over a week to get it done, they will keep saying they tried calling you and you need to go and log a request again, you can’t change your credit card details with them. Once you enter them once weather if it’s been years or not you can’t change and someone had to call you in order for you to pay. On top of that there agents never call they dail once and hang up.
