Bravofly is a ****

Bravofly is among the worst company to book any tickets from. I had booked a flight in feb 2020 for April 2020 which got cancelled due tothe coronavirus. It took them more than 1 year to issue my refund voucher. I finally decided to use the refund voucher last night and had to pay a difference of 42 euros for the booking. I woke up this morning to find out that Bravofly has deducted 84.23 euros from my account. Exactly the double amount that I was meant to pay for my booking. Needless to say they did this without my consent. There is NO working customer complaint portal that they have nor do they have a working phone number or e-mail address. Basically, they blocked all ways of contacting them after they stole my money.
