Bravofly - Awful Service!

<p>Do not book with this agency, I was refered to them via Cheapflights.co.za and duly continued with the booking and provided my credit card details for payment. I eventually received an email stating: </p> <p>" We are writing to you regarding your booking request. Here at Bravofly we take Cardholder Security very seriously. Unfortunately, on this occasion, our Security System was unable to securely verify all of your details and as a result, your booking request has been cancelled. No charge has actually been made to your account. We use a secure standard procedure called 'temporary credit limit' where the amount payable is temporarily 'frozen' but not withdrawn from your account. However, even when we unfreeze the amount immediately, it may still take your credit card provider several days to show the amount as available in your account. "</p> <p> </p> <p>I the called the agency and was told that it could take 72 hours to get my money back and that I should have read the terms and conditions. This is all good and well but how do I know whether my credit card will pass their security check next time I want to book a flight???? So I have now booked on SAA paying R200 more (And my credit card passed!!) I would not recommend using this agency to anyone, their prices are good but if your credit card cannot be verified they will keep your money for 72 hours and you still don't have a flight!!</p> <p> </p>
