BAD SERVICE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. For a business trip we booked 2 tickets from Dakar to Nouakchott in Mauritania. We had to move the departure date. Impossible to do. You need to call a call center, all nice and friendly but useless. Than you receive an email from a noreply email address signed Customer Service, than you know you are in trouble. We had to buy new tickets through a local Mauritanian company, a lot cheaper and a much better service. DO NOT BOOK TICKETS THROUGH BRAVOFLY!!!
