Waiting for the inspection

We have bought a bed with my wife at OK as cash in 22/02/15 and we collected the bed on the 10/03/15.This is a Edblo bed which is also known as SIERRA Matt, lodge a complain that the bed I have receive was faults, which it is making a squeaking noise. Lodge a complain with the company, BRAVO SLEEP PRODUCTS WITH I was phoned and explain my story and I was given a *** and I was phoned again with a S136888 on 26/06/15 and promised to send a inspection person but till now no one has communicated with me about the feedback on this matter. Am real disappointed with service that has been show to me as customer, which tell me that people should not buy edblo beds because customer are not being attended properly by BRAVO SLEEP PRODUCTS. Worse part am still using that bed but I paid for it cash.
