VERY bad customer Service

On the 26th Jan I emailed the Bravo team regarding my matrass that is going flat on the one side, They send someone to come and check this and report back. Then they said their was a stain that needs to be taken out and they will provide me with a nr to take pictures once this is done - so it has now been 4 months later I have again provided the pictures but no one has contacted me yet. I have emailed Patricia Thapedi so many times but she does not even acknowledge my mails
