rude and ****** behaviour

I was employed by bravo group sleep products as a temp and when I called in to request for my IRP5 as per Sars request on my visit to their office,i got a shock of my life with the most horrible treatment I got from a guy called Tom in Hr whom I called in the morning around past nine requesting my IRP5 and when I called him again at 15:16 he was so rude to me and told me that he is busy and he does not know when he will arrange for me to get my IRP5 and that he is not sure when he will have time to do it ,and when I asked him to atleast give me a day so I can arrange my day to go back to sars he responded rudely and told me people are busy its monthend and he is not sure and that maybe it will be next week and went on and told me that I am being rude and that he will not help me.i wonder how I am rude when I ask for a day he will do it cos its a request from sars and as a tax payer I believe im entitled to my certificate and I have requested for certificates in more than 3 companies and that was done in less that 5 minutes.so who the hell is Tom to take me from Pillar to post?bravo group must sort out their *********** and rude staff,i want my IRP5 SO I CAN SUBMIT AND MOVE ON ASAP
