Faulty and inferior Sealy Products being manufactured and sold by Bravo Sleep Products

I purchased a Sealy bed and base set in April 2016 directly from Bravo Sleep Products. Since then, I have had immense issues with both the quality of the mattress and base respectively, both of which have been replaced several times under GUARANTEE. The mattress's stitching started to unravel and the bed was replaced. In addition to this, the bed's base has been replaced several times due to the fact that it creaks and clicks continuously whilst I am sleeping on it. The noise has been affecting my sleep badly for months. This is not what one would expect from what is supposedly a premium brand. In addition, I was made to pay in an additional amount of money as a means to get what I was told was an upgraded base that supposedly wouldn’t make any noise whatsoever due to its steel construction. Post upgrading the base, I experienced the upgraded unit to also make noises whenever one moves on the bed and this has since been replaced twice. In December 2016, I contacted Bravo Sleep Products once more because the base was making a lot of noise. They sent out an inspector, who examined the bed and conclusively found it to be faulty once more. As such, I was contacted again by Preyesh, one of the customer care representatives who I had been dealing with for months, to make arrangement for the base to be replaced once more. On the 16th of January, I was contacted by Bravo and told that the unit needed to be brought into the R&D center to be examined - which it was today, 18th January 2017. They called me this afternoon and told me that there was nothing wrong with the base and that there was no noise – which is completely implausible as it was very prevalent when the unit was inspected by the inspector in December – hence him making his finding. Further to this, they made silly excuses like – the floor may not be straight and perhaps there is a problem with the legs. They have also now REFUSED to replace the base (WHICH IS UNDER GUARANTEE) and I am effectively stuck with a base which is in my opinion and that of the inspector is faulty.
