Disgusting service at Bravo Durban Branch by workers

I spoke to Sharon from the Bravo factory, Durban branch. When we arrived a week ago we were told Crown jewel matresses are not yet made readily available for public purchase due to issue with paper work. I was told Monday everything will be sorted out. When i called today she is now saying they havw no crown jewel in stock. This has been going on for months now and Sharon the lady at Bravo Durban branch is refusing to sell me beds, a rumour amongst the security personnel is that they sell the matresses to their friends and refusing to sell to the public. The level of unprofessional even up to the security guards is absolutely disgusting, the security started a fight with another customer right infront of us at the factory - i have never seen anything like this. The workers don't even lift the matresses for you, when you arrive they just look at you and not attend to you. I'm utterly disgusted with this branch, i honesty don't know how this business is operating.
