Purchased a bed in 2016 and less than a month now the mattress is making funny noise. I emailed and called the complaint has been logged . I followed up and the agent approved the exchange on the mattress . Two days thereafter I received an email advising I should pay .. why the hell the agent approved the exchange without mentioning the amount!!!
