Bravo Bed - Bad sevice

We bought a Elbow bed last year November. The base is broken. and know due to the base that is broken the mattress is also broken. we went to place where we bought the bed. they log a call so that elbow can send somebody to check the bed. then a lady phoned me and tell me that i must take picture of the bed and send it to her. after a fight we send the picture and they never phone back, every time we must phone them. then they told us they are only going to replace the base and not the mattress because the mattress is not that bad. we told her that it's due to the base that the mattress is also broken but she said no they are going to replace just the base. but we must know phone Astra to find out when will they come and replace the base. i will never buy a elbow bed again.
