Bad servive and bad product

Please i need help with this complaint. I had a complaint with Bravo last year June my matress were changed and i did pay the keepers fee. But they said they need the base after tge lady from Bravo told me on the phone that i can keep both. End of july2019 i give Christina instruction to come and load the base wich never happened. This is the worse mattres that Bravo ever delivered to me. June2020 i had a complaint about the mattres and Bravo said that they are not going to service me... after all i did pay for the mattres.
