VERY BAD SIGNAGE QUALITY

Last year May you have given us a quote for the installation of advertising banners .In June you have installed the banners .I phoned you guys at least once a month to come and fix it because when we got here in the mornings it was either almost completely out of the ground or the banners were hanging loose. Last year October/November was you last installation. I asked the one guy if he's coming back to fix the one pole which is standing skew(HE SAID YES BY THE WAY) and I haven't seen him ever again in my whole life. This afternoon I phoned Adele to come and fix this poles because the banners are hanging completely loose ,She screamed on me and told me that our year is over ...First of all our year isn't over and second of all we are really not happy with your quality of work that you give to customers. What happened to customer service...Look after the customer and the customer will look after you. If you treat the customer right, they will always come back for more sales. I cant really complain about service because there is no service .I am really unhappy and I won't hesitate to report you on Hello Peter if i don't get an answer by tomorrow.
