Worst service worst manager

Ordered pizza at 13:20, arrived for pick up at 14:00 to an empty restaurant, they hadn't even started making the food. Asked for a refund as I had already paid, was told to call the manager because the don't carry cash. Manager Dean yells on the phone, what an unprofessional numpty.

Shocking lack of cleanliness in the kitchen, ridiculous lack of service, arrogant owner.
