I bought a brand-new Sealy bed at Sleepmasters Moratiwa Crossing

I bought a brand-new Sealy bed at Sleepmasters Moratiwa Crossing. Within days the corner caved in. The store logged in a complaint to Sealy Bravo Brands ( I have proof of email) but Sealy Bravo Brands rejected the claim over the phone based on q photo. I even requested they send an inspector, which they refused. This is a direct violation of Section 56 of the CPA . I paid via PayJustNow and demand a full refund instructions sent to them immediately before my next installment is debited.
