CPA Violation

I have had a defective edblo bed that was changed 3 times for the same defect and all 3 times i have had to arrange and pay for delivery but as per CGSO they are suppose to arrange delivery now they refuse to refund my delivery costs and they have been givng me the runaround along with HOme studio for 5 months
