Bravo beds an Lewis stores

Had a claim for a R8000 bed, from Lewis stores. NO HELP WHATSOEVER that sagged, very poor quality. Icontacted the supplier Bravo beds directly I had to pay R1300 acces, and another R900 for exchange on a replacement mattress. Sent them proof of payment... And never received any feedback after this. No responses on e mails. No help when i call them.
