Bad service

Bought a king-size extra length bed, 1 year later it had to be changed and i put in a claim, 3 weeks for they claim to be sorted out, They eventually brought the new mattress but it was 20mm smaller than the previous one. They then sent a inspector and he found that the issue is with the Base, they replaced the base but the issue is still the same, Reported it again, have been waiting 2 weeks for feedback
