I paid money into their Acc to get my licence paid

I paid money into their Acc to get my licence paid .I paid. The. Amt for the licence and their fee and when I phone yesterday they said they going in to pay ,then I hear no more,and today I phone again they say they at the gate ,and wen I phone after lunch they not available.im very dissatisfied I explained that it's urgent .
