The biggest disappontment mistake poorest quality
I wanted to renovate my kitchen but as I work I needed someone who could do the whole project. I believed I investigated thoroughly. I googled & checked Hello Peter & there was no bad feedback. As per the website \One of our highly trained design consultants will assist and manage the entire project of your kitchen renovation from start to finish"and their motto is Honesty. Integrity. Transparency. I was initially impressed with Brava Kitchens and despite my gut feel I went with their insistence of 50% deposit and balance payable 4 days prior to delivery. Big mistake. The project started 23 Sept until today (7 weeks later) I still do not have a functional kitchen. The tiling is disgusting"
Mrs. van Greunen, it is clear that it does not matter how many times you are told that we did not do the plumbing, electrical, tilling and other building work. Yes we do say "One of our highly trained design consultants will assist and manage the entire project of your kitchen renovation from start to finish" this does not mean we will take responsibility for bad work done by other contractors. It merely suggests that the representative will liaise with all the relevant contractors regarding time lines. My representative tried to assist you by putting you in contact with someone that can assist you with the plumbing, electrical, tilling and other building work. You were under no obligation to use this contractor, you decided to use him. Nowhere on the Brava designs contract is there any mention made of plumbing, electrical, tilling or other building work. This is because we have never and will never do this type of work. You are correct, our motto is "Honesty. Integrity. Transparency" because this is exactly how this company is run, regardless of what you claim. How you can hold us responsible for this is mind boggling, seeing you have an invoice for this work with another companies details on. Even after SA Consumer Complaints found "It is my opinion that Mrs. van Greunen is barking up the wrong tree, it is clear that Brava designs was not contracted to do the plumbing, electrical, tilling or any other building work". Even after you could not "remember" who you paid for this work, we took the time to get all the details of this contractor on your behalf, and it was presented back to you. Ironically the actual work done by Brava designs has not been complained about whatsoever.
