not paying contractors jobs delay
Hi first of all Brava kitchens uses subcontractors to do their fitting but as we found out they use contractors but also don't pay them for wich they worked for and then lie to customers to say fitter delayed them but in the meantime fitters are on site awaiting materials from workshop their fitting team is excelent [ well contractor] But workshop and quality Bad ! As we came down to realize is that they still did not pay their fitter 3 months later wich I still have his cell number and proof. They only have 3 people doing all manufacturing in their workshop. I suggest use big companies to do or renovate your kitchen. I had my experience with them Don't use them !!!! I hope more people will add to their complaints. And I hope their fitter will take them to court for not paying what they are owed I support that!
This is the problem with Hello peter, anyone can post whatever they like, true or false, with no one verifying these claims. This so called client is not a client at all, this is in fact a installer we used before, pretending to be a client. He is actually talking about himself, as this so called "excellent installer". We used him ( Ray Walker ) on three of our installations. He was never on site on time, he would always leave site early, causing a two day installation to drag on for 4 - 5 days and frustrating clients. All the installations he did, the clients would ask me please not to send him back, as he would make promises he never kept. He did not have proper tools, hence borrowing tools from the factory. He broke some of these tools after using it once and was never replaced, causing the company more expenses replacing these tools. After we were informed by a potential client that they gave Ray Walker R85 000.00, months before he started installing for us, to redo their kitchen just to find out that he disappeared with their money. We broke all ties with him and no longer use him for any installations. Brava designs will not be associated with ******* and people of this caliber. After his departure I had to send other installers out to do repairs on all the installations he did. This after he informed us that these jobs were completed with no problems. The company had a lot of extra expenses paying for these installers, way more than the amount due to him. He actually owes Brava designs money. Because of Ray Walker, Brava designs no longer use any sub contractors, like most of our competitors do, and we will never again. We now only use our own in house installers. Sins we made this change, we no longer have any problems on site.
