BRAVA DESIGNS / KITCHENS issue resolved by Rudi Viljoen

This is an update regarding BRAVA designs/ kitchens. But it ONLY applies to Rudi Viljoen, and NOT John Wilken. Rudi has made contact with us, and we have settled the issues wrt completion of our kitchen . He has come and personally inspected the site to see what was outstanding, brought in his installer, completed the installation and resolved all issues in a matter of a day. As a partner in their previous business BRAVA DESIGNS, Rudi Viljoen has paid us back his share of the refund that was due us for stone countertops. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same of John Wilken who owes us the other half, but has not yet had the decency to make contact with us in the last 2 months, to settle his portion. I can vouch for Rudi, (who is now operating under a different business name), because he came forward and did the honorable, decent thing. As for a John Wilken, he has opened up as a new business “Stark kitchens “. I would be extremely wary of him, as he has no scruples, and not an ounce of decency. As far as I know, he has pocketed his share of monies paid for all incomplete & uninstalled kitchens, and unlike Rudi Viljoen, John could not be bothered to assist clients that are now out of pocket, because of monies paid to him for incomplete jobs. I have sent an email to KSA, informing them that we are satisfied that Rudi has come through and resolved all outstanding issues, so,that he is not denied certification as a KSA member for his new business. I do hope people will afford him a second chance, as it was not easy for him to singlehandedly fix the huge mess that was left behind when BRAVA designs shut its doors.
