CAPTURING ERROR

I have been receiving SMS's for over 8 months now saying that i owe Truworth and i must settle the account. I do not have any clothing account, i dont have accounts for that matter and everytime i receive this SMS i call and ask the call centre to update their details. They would always say yes and id receive a SMS again, month after Month. According to their system, they are looking for MR MOLEFE and i do NOT know any Mr molefe, iv never known 1 in my life.<br> I called in and asked the lady nicely to update your system as i'm tired of receiving threatening SMS's. I asked who her name was, the name of the company and if she had updated the system. she asked me why am asking so many questions and then she just said shes Goodness Mkhize and HANGED UP!. i needed to know so that i knew who to follow the matter up with.<br> can someone PLEASE REMOVE my contact numbers on your system. I am NOT Mr Molefe and i have used this number for almost 10 years now.<br> As for call centre agents hanging up calls - its such a shame.<br> Please send confirmation when my details have been removed.<br> Thanks,
