Good day, i am very disappointed in the service of Braun Healthcare, i bought a thermometer at bayby city and it broke about 2 months after i bought is i went to baby city and asked what must we do to repair they took my thermometer and said they wil come in contact with braun and it takes up to 6 weeks, and know i cant check my baby fever know they say i need to wait 6 weeks was there yesterday and they said they can't do anything, but as far as i know its an eassintail product please can you advise me what i need to do, to get my thermometer fix, I also send try to phone if send them a msg ON Facebook messenger they said one of the teams wil come in contact with me it's know one week s later and I'm still waiting
