Braun support is non existent in South Africa

I purchased a Braun 5030s battery operated razor thinking that I would trust German technology. This has worked well until I needed a replacement blade cartridge. This is not available on their website and when I send an email via the "contact us" channel I receive no response. I have tried twice! How doIi find a replacement?
