Braun Deserves 6 stars

I sent a query to the consumer care department at Braun early in 2018 asking about repairing a braun silk epil 9 epilator. I was having problems with the item and needed info on repair. Braun consumer care contacted me and enquired about the address to which they could come and collect the item to have it checked or replaced for me. I managed to sort the problem already and explained to the friendly consultant. They followed up again soon just to make sure that everything was still working fine and reminded me about their product warranty. The excellent manner of the consultants just showed that they are not only a #greatbusiness but also care that not only the quality of their products are of a high standard and its not just about making a sale and then writing the customer off. Their quality shows in product as well as customer care.
