Braun - absolutely no after sales service

Just a warning to anyone contemplating a Braun or Philips shaver, epilator, toothbrush etc, AVOID Braun completely.<br> They have a sales presence and that's it. No after sales person at all. A full day of phoning around got me nowhere. No spares, no parts anything can be obtained in RSA. All they do is the sales. One person I spoke to said \Just get another new one". Yes sure"
