BAD SERVICE

I ate at this restaurant yesterday 24th January 2016 and experienced such bad service.<br> I did not complain but on exiting I heard another unhappy complaining about bad service as well.<br> We ate at the Brass Bell (lower level) and there was only 1 waiter serving the whole area which resulted in delays in taking used plates / glasses away etc.<br> When we wanted to pay the bill we waited for our waiter to bring the machine which never materialised so decided to go pay at the front desk.<br> The other gentleman who also complained asked for his bill 3 times and nothing materialised. He mentioned to the lady at the front desk that he was tempted to walk out but its not his character so decided to also pay at the front desk.<br> The two ladies at the front desk together with this gentleman &amp
