A really long wait

<p>I went with my boyfriend to Brass Bell on Sunday 27-11-2016 when we got there we were not shown to a seat by the hostess and basically had to find a seat. We then waited more than 10minutes just for our menus - waiters walking passed us but literally ignoring us. We then got the menu and had to wait another 10-15 minutes to get a waiters attention to place our order. We ordered and waited an hour for our food - the mussels in our platter was cold. Will not go here again very disappointed in the service. Beautiful location but such a shame it did not live up to my expectations. </p>
