shocking service

<p>Ordered on 10 Oct. After many calls recieved invoice on 13th paid straight away. Then told the products weren't in stock (this after invoicing them). Then told they would 'make a plan'. By now its uregent. Then get told I need to pay courier which I did. They sent the parecl off on Monday overnight (which I had to pay extra for) 3 days later it still has not arrived and I'm now told was sent to Port Alfred! I live in Cape Town. They have been very slack in the past but have fallen to ever lower expectations. Given additional product inconsistency, AVOID.</p>
