Terrible customer service

I went to Bra &things Mall of Africa for the first time. What a terrible experience. Staff don't acknowledge when you walk in. They busy talking about their weekend plans. I really wanted to buy lot of stuff. But hearing grown up woman discussing alcohol on sales floor was disgusting. When I finally choose that 1item. On the till point this lady comes to help me pay. She didn't even bother greeting me. I greeted her. That Staff hate their job. They all grown yet so unprofessional.
