Perfume bottle is dangerous and service is bad

Hello. I bought one of your perfumes on the 26th of June from your Cavendish store in Cape Town South Africa.

On Saturday the 3rd of July, I tried to open the bottle and the whole bottle broke in my hand resulting in a deep cut on my right middle finger. I rushed to the emergency room with blood gushing from my hand.

Three stitches and R1500 later and it’s very sore. I now have to do two follow up sessions with about another R1500 of costs. Very expensive perfume this is turning out to be.

Please fix the quality of your perfume bottles. It is extremely dangerous.

I have tried reaching out on Facebook DM's, raised a ticket using your email and no response! It's unfortunate that I have to do this publically to try get a response. Disgraceful service. I expect a response to this as it is a serious problem. All I've received is automated emails asking me to rate your service which you obviously got a 0 for.
