Emotional Intelligence is King

Hi, 2 weekends ago I went shopping at Bras n Things on the Sunday following the much anticipated Black Friday. I must have stayed in the shop a whole 2 hours looking for bargains, for proper sizes, for different styles.. A whole 2 hours. Not even once in those 2 hours did I feel unwanted, like a burden, like I am a nuisance, not even slightly. What I did get was great advice, great recommendations, great emotional support ( loads of encouragement and understanding), loads and loads of niceness. There's a lady at the Pavilion Shopping Centre in DBN who goes by the name of Nonto, what a STAR. She was not just being this way with me, I could hear her interactions with other clients too.. AMAZING. We got talking as I was coming from JHB and I found out that she is from this side. What a Lady, give that girl a Promotion! Let her train staff, open doors for her. Her display of EQ is what really impressed me, she saw my weak spots coming, my self doubts, she went and found what I wanted, she was AWESOME! I will definitely pop into the shop again soon just for Nonto.
