Disgusted

I am a huuuuge fan supporter and loyal customer and have been for several years. I've always had amazing service and and I'm am absolutely inlove with the brand. However yesterday I had encountered the worse service from Ni Hadh, she refused to exchange my bodysuit and allow me to use my discount voucher. She advised I cannot exchange due to covid which was baffling as people try on the product in store. I was utterly disappointed and disgusted by the service received as I spend lots of money at this store and no where on the receipt/policy does it state that you cannot exchange products, on the contrary it states you may refund or exchange if you are dissatisfied. I am extremely unhappy as this was my favorite store and the other advisors are always superb. All I need is to exchange my product
