Disappointing service

The consultants at Mall of the south were so rude, unfriendly and they refuse to assist us , but as soon a white lady walked in they were quick to greet her and she had personal assistance from the sales lady. When we went to pay, we greeted and the sales lady ignored us and just ran my bill I paid with a gift card and also topped up with cash and couldn't even explain why the payment was different.
