Bras n Things's Online Store is Atrocious

I bought some items on the Bras n Things website. They fulfill their international orders through Border Free. My orders are delayed by a month, nobody bothered to notify me about shipping delays until after I asked where my goods are because the ETA has long passed and my items are still outstanding. On top of that, they've stored my card details and keep making multiple charges for items and are denying the extra charges.

Whatever you do, don't get tempted to buy from BnT because of the promise of duty-free delivery and heavily discounted items. The customer relations headache is not worth it. Stick to La Senza.
