Bras n Things Fourways Mall

Just over a week ago i popped in to buy a voucher for R1000.00 as a gift for friend. The assistant was more interested in chatting up a good looking man than helping but when she did she told me there were no gift vouchers available. I queried if I could not pay and she cd do me an online voucher - no again i was told if i want a voucher i have to go to mall of africa - just a quick 40 plus kilometres and cost of fuel and time ? All i wanted was to give bras n things 1000.00 but they were just not interested in even taking down my details and getting back to me on how they could help - i was told they are an Australian company ? Does that mean Australians accept such poor service ?
