Bad behavior

I bought a voucher for my daughter of R 1500 at Brooklyn Mall on the 1st July 2020 from Nosipho. When the voucher was presented at another shop the receipt of R 1500 could not be found in the envelope presented, closed and sealed by Nosipho. I phone the store to complain and to date I am still waiting for a response. The sale of the voucher can be seen on the computer but the shop has indicated to me that they have reported the matter to their head office to date. They hardly return my call and when they phone me they cant even provide a straight answer. What I want to know is, what happened to the receipt of the voucher, who took it, and where was it used? If it has been redeemed as yet, can it be replaced urgently but above all, Nosipho must account fully. My number is ***.
