Installation of new automatic garage doors

After paying a 50% deposit on 28/7/14 for 2 roll up doors with motors and arranging that they come and install it in the morning of 05/08/14, they arrived at 14H30. They finished at 19H30, and on testing the doors, found that one of the lights had fused. They then said they would come and replace the globe when they came to install a new transmitter on my gate motor which would allow the garage doors remote to operate the gate as well.<br> 2 weeks later they were back to install the transmitter, but did not bring a globe. 2 weeks later they were back again to set one of the doors which was not opening properly, still no globe.<br> After repeated calls to Chris, telling him that I still owed him money, they eventually installed the new globe on the 22/4/15, 8 months after the actual installation. <br> 2 Weeks later, during loadshedding, the doors would not open. I phoned Chris the next day and he said they would put my name on their list as they had a lot of work to do. A week later, still no help.<br> I then told Chris I would get another company to come and fix it, and claim the money from him at the small claims court as the doors were under guarentee, he said go ahead, I can try.<br> I will.
