We used these ********s after they promised they could take on a big job of wrapping a client of ours company vehicles. We paid 70% of the deposit in February 2023, and they then went in October when they finally gave us a date after 4 weeks of constant begging and pleading and their ignoring our calls we finally scheduled the booking for Saturday morning at 08:00. The morning of came after Elize ignored my calls yet again, that morning I phoned at 06:30 to confirm, she then just rep**** printing not done we need to reschedule. The client of course was furious and rightfully so, this then forced us to quickly organise another printing company to do the printing and I emailed her at 09:00 that morning to request the refund minus the half-a-vehicle printing they already did which we felt was only fair. She then refused to refund us, refused communication, and stole our money. Luckily they have been reported to the police and rightfully so as this was blatant theft.
